How it works

1. Find your item

Browse The Rolling Collective and choose the item you want to rent.
2. Choose your date

Select an available date that suits your plans.
3. Add the details

Enter the information needed for your booking, including the location and time. This helps the vendor understand what you have planned.
4. Choose how to pay

Pay a deposit or choose to prepay in full. A small service fee applies when you make a booking.
5. Organise the finer details

Once you’ve made your payment, you can contact the vendor directly to arrange the finer details of your booking.
6. Stay in the loop

The system sends reminder emails and text messages to help you keep track of your booking and know what’s happening as the date approaches.
